The March break kickboxing camp will teach all the basic strikes of Muay Thai kickboxing such as roundhouse kicks, knees, teeps, elbows, and traditional boxing punches. With a 4 day period of time, emphasis will be placed on the correct repetition of these techniques to develop sufficient power done by striking various types of equipment participants will learn to hold for each other.
All equipment needed such as Boxing gloves are available to borrow or participants may bring their own.
⇒All participants must have a parent/guardian consent form filled out prior to the March 11th start date. Once you are signed up a link will be emailed to you for the form can be filled out and signed electronically.
