ETIQUETTE & POLICIES

Iolite is a place where everyone needs to feel as comfortable and welcome as possible. 

The following procedures and regulations are to be implemented in order to ensure all participants have a safe and enjoyable experience.

  • Please arrive to classes 10 – 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start times in order to get changed, hydrated and signed in before your workout.

  • Signing up for class prior to is not mandatory however it is not guaranteed there will be a space for you if you choose forgo making a reservation. We encourage all clients, regardless of membership type, to reserve a spot for classes online ahead of time.

  • Equipment is to be treated with respect and cleaned up and put away as it was found.  Please take any garbage, water bottles etc. with you when you leave and/or dispose of them in the correct receptacles provided.

  • The use of cell phones in the gym is discouraged during classes and PT sessions. Please let your instructor know if you need to have your phone on you.  In the event you need to use your phone please be quiet and respectful of others in the class.

  • Please leave all boots, shoes, clothes and coats in designated areas and off of the gym floor.

  • Please advise the instructor of any limitations or injuries you may have prior to class start time.

  • For your safety we encourage all clients to be attend class from start to finish (warm up to cool down/stretch).  If you need to leave class early please let the instructor know prior to class.

  • RESPECT YOUR BODY. Growth comes from pushing our boundaries and challenging ourselves however please listen to your body and do not perform anything you are not comfortable with.

  • HAVE FUN!

Cancellation Policy

Class passes or drop ins:  If you wish to cancel your reserved spot you have until 2 hours prior to your class start time to notify the studio via phone or email.  Payment is non-refundable however you are able to reschedule to another date. Any cancellations made within 2 hours prior to the session/class will not be refundable or transferable to another date.

Monthly members:  Clients who pay a monthly membership for unlimited classes and fail to cancel their reserved spot within 2 hours of class start time may be subject to a $5 no cancellation fee.

Personal training:  Each PT will have their own cancellation policies. You are obligated to follow their policies and procedures for individual training sessions.
