ANNIE CONNELL
ANNIE CONNELLOwner & Head Trainer
Annie is the head trainer as well as owner and operator of Iolite studios. In late 2018 Annie saw a need in the area for a fitness facility that considered the diversity of each individual person looking to create a healthy and happy life – and so, Iolite was born. Annie is a certified Canadian Fitness Professional (CanFit PTS) and holds certifications as a PoundFit Pro and Kangoo Jumps instructor. She is passionate about helping people feel comfortable in their own skin and becoming their healthiest self. As both a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, you can join Annie almost everyday at the studio.
JOSIE LAQUERRE
JOSIE LAQUERREKangoo Instructor
Josie has been an active participant in kangoo classes for over 4 years and became an instructor 3 years ago. “I fell in love with Kangoo the very first time I put my boots on.” Having knee issues, Kangoo allowed Josie to get an amazing cardio workout while never having any pain. “I also love making choreography to teach in my classes! I can’t wait to join you on your fitness journey!”
KRISTINA TACKAS
KRISTINA TACKASCertified Personal Trainer
As a Certified Personal Trainer with a degree in Physical Health and Education, Kristina shares enthusiasm and passion for health and wellness. She aims to create a training environment that motivates, challenges and empowers individuals in a fun and rewarding way, for a variety of fitness levels. She believes in the positive effects exercise has on physical and psychological well-being. Her goal is to welcome all and help them achieve a healthier and balanced lifestyle. With consistency, perseverance, and determination, one’s full potential can be realized. Kristina looks forward to support and work with you!
