IN STUDIO WINTER CHALLENGE 2025
- February 2nd – March 30th (8 weeks)

THE DETAILS
3 Classes per week
- Participants can choose from any 3 classes per week
- *Unlimited Members continue to have access to as many classes as they’d like each week as normal but will be aiming for a minimum of 3 to complete the challenge
Tracking and tasks
- Challengers will use the Iolite app to track their progress and stats throughout the 8 weeks via their transformation log
- We will assign you specific tasks to accomplish each week to help keep you on motivated
Fitness assessments x2
- Feb 2nd + Mar 30th between 11am – 1pm (once registered for the challenge you will be emailed with your assigned assessment time)
- If you cannot attend the set assessment dates/times you can reschedule for $15+tax
Access to Challenge WhatsApp group
- A great resource where you will connect and discuss with other challengers and coaches.
- This group is used for weekly tasks and accountability challenges.
Coaching
Weekly Check ins, macro split and nutritional guidance provided via email:
- Challengers will receive nutritional guidance based on their goals
- 8 check ins with a coach every week via email to monitor progress and answer any questions
AT HOME WINTER CHALLENGE 2025
- February 2nd – November 30th (8 weeks)
- 4 workouts per week
- Weekly cardio assignments
- Coaching, including:
- macro split + nutritional guidance
- Weekly Check ins via email
THE DETAILS
4 workouts per week
- Participants will be sent 4 workouts every Sunday evening via email
- Equipment necessary: Dumbbells and bands
Tracking
- Challengers will use the Iolite branded app to track their progress and stats
Coaching
Weekly Check ins, macro split and nutritional guidance provided via email:
- Challengers will receive macro split at the beginning of Challenge based on personal stats provided.
- Challengers will have 8 check ins with a coach every week to monitor progress and ask any questions.
- Your coach will be assigned to you once you are registered.
