Empower your young girls with a fun, active, and confidence-boosting class designed specifically for their age group! In this dynamic 45-minute session, participants will engage in activities that promote physical strength, teamwork, and self-esteem. The program incorporates:

Functional fitness exercises to build endurance, balance, and coordination.

Games and challenges that encourage teamwork and problem-solving.

Mindfulness activities to support emotional well-being and self-awareness.

Inspiring discussions to foster confidence and a positive mindset.

Our Functional Strength Training program is designed specifically for youth ages 9-13, focusing on building foundational strength, improving coordination, and enhancing overall physical fitness in a fun, supportive, and safe environment. This co-ed program is tailored to meet the developmental needs of young athletes, ensuring that each session is age-appropriate and engaging.

Foundational Strength: Participants will learn and practice basic strength movements such as squats, lunges, and push-ups, which are essential for overall physical development.

Functional Movements: The program emphasizes exercises that mimic everyday activities, helping to improve balance, coordination, and flexibility.
• Fun and Engaging: Each session includes a mix of strength training, agility drills, and fun challenges to keep participants motivated and excited to learn.

Safe and Supportive: Our certified trainers ensure that all exercises are performed with proper technique to prevent injury and promote long-term fitness habits.

Teamwork and Confidence: Through group activities and challenges, participants will build teamwork skills and self-confidence, setting the foundation for a lifelong love of fitness.
