Pilates for Seniors (50+)
Pilates is a low impact exercise that is an excellent way to improve your posture, balance and fall risk, flexibility, mobility, breathing pattern and muscle strength.
As an older adult, regular physical activity is one of the most important things you can do for your health. Pilates is a safe, effective and a gentle way to exercise making it an ideal form of exercise for older individuals. This is a small group class: up to 10 people. Participants are asked to bring their own yoga mat. (towels are provided)
