“BYOB” Fitness / BRING YOUR OWN BABY
FALL 2024 SESSION:
8 Weeks / Sept 26th – Nov 14th / 11AM Tuesdays & Thursdays
Classes run 45 – 50 minutes
WHO?: For parents with babies 6 weeks – 18 months and who have been cleared to exercise by their healthcare provider.
Our Fall program will run twice a week with the FIRST and FINAL SESSIONS occurring on a Thursday.
Thursday’s:
Led by Pelvic Floor Specialist Sama Farah-Mina, this class emphasizes intentional and mindful movement through targeted exercises designed to help you properly engage your pelvic floor. You’ll learn techniques to strengthen and support your pelvic floor, and discover how to integrate these practices into your everyday life for improved well-being and functionality.
Tuesday’s:
On Tuesdays, you’ll have the opportunity to put your knowledge into practice in an exercise class, working alongside a trainer. Participants will progress through a variety of exercises, starting with foundational pelvic floor movements and advancing to more complex compound exercises similar to those found in advanced fitness classes.
*Participants are asked to bring their own yoga mat and whatever you and baby need to be comfortable.
