Iolite Summer Day Camp

Welcome to Iolite Summer Day Camp, where children aged 6 -12 embark on an unforgettable journey of learning, creativity, and friendship in a safe and inclusive environment.

Designed and implemented by elementary school teachers, our camp offers a well-rounded program aimed at nurturing the holistic development of each child. Each day at Iolite Summer Day Camp is filled with engaging activities carefully crafted to stimulate young minds and foster a love for learning.

From literacy-based adventures that spark imagination to hands-on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math) explorations that ignite curiosity, every moment is an opportunity for growth and discovery. Our fitness activities not only promote physical health but also instill valuable life skills such as teamwork and perseverance.

FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions

**Please note we have recently switched booking platforms so you may need to reregister if you have not visited us within the last year.

Using our website/browser:

  • Create/Login to your account
  • In the top right hand corner click on your name and then select “My Profile”
  • From the top menu bar select “Edit Profile”
  • On the right hand side you’ll see “Add Relationship”
  • Fill out the required information and click “Add Relationship” at the bottom of the page
  • To proceed to registering select “Book Now” in the top Menu Bar

At this time you cannot add a family Member to your account via our Branded App.

Using the Iolite Fitness Studio Branded App:

  • Create/Login to your account
  • Ensure your child has been added to your profile and you are booking under their name (to do this simply click on “My Profile” and select their name)
  • From the “Book Now” tab select “Summer Camp”
  • Select the week you’d like to register for
  • Hit “Enroll Now”
  • From the list of dates select all those you’d like your child to attend (all 5 or single days)
  • Hit “Next”
  • From there you will be shown the procing options available to you (Either the single day pricing or the full week)
  • “Hit Next”
  • Before purchase you will be promoted to fill out your our registration, cancellation and liability waiver.
  • Hit “Next”
  • Complete payment!

To enroll multiple children you will need to repeat this process for each one!

To register multiple children you’ll need to complete each registration separately. when signing up the 2nd, 3rd etc. child use the PROMO CODE: MULTI10 at check out to receive your 10% multi child discount.

Follow the steps above for registering – You’ll be given the option to select 1 or multiple days.

Registrations canceled with more than 4 weeks’ notice: 

Full refund minus $10 service+transaction fee. 

Registrations transferred with more than 4 weeks’ notice:
100% of payment can be transferred to another week of camp during the summer 2024 season where space is available. 

Registrations canceled with less than 4 weeks’ notice, but more than 2 weeks’ notice:
50% of total payment is refundable minus $10 service+transaction fee. 

Registrations canceled with less than 2 weeks’ notice:
No refunds
