Summer Day Camp

Children aged 5-12 are invited to spend their summer exploring, learning, and making new friends in a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment.

Our camp is designed and run by trained elementary school teachers, assisted by teen volunteers, so every activity is educational, hands-on, and fun, not just “watch your child for 8 hours.” With a maximum of 20 campers per week, we ensure personalized attention and meaningful experiences for every child.

What Your Child Will Experience:

  • Hands-On Learning: Creative STEAM projects, literacy adventures, and problem-solving challenges

  • Active & Outdoors: Daily fitness activities and walks to Earl Rowe Provincial Park to explore nature

  • Social Growth: Teamwork, communication, and confidence-building through games and collaborative projects

  • Fun & Creativity: Arts, crafts, and imaginative play that spark curiosity and self-expression through daily themes

2026 Camp Dates

  • Week 1: July 13th – 17th

  • Week 2: July 20th – 24th

  • Week 3: July 27th – 31st

  • Time: 9am – 4pm

  • Ages: 4 -12 years

  • Weekly: Early bird pricing $315+tax
    (price expires March 31st)

  • Single Day: $80+tax

Meet your head counsellor:

Kody V

Kody teaches Grades 4 and 6 in Health and Physical Education at Crescent School in North Toronto. Over his nine years of full-time teaching, he has also taught Grade 5 Homeroom, Grade 8 Science and Grade 9 HPE. Kody’s curiosity and love for being active inspire his teaching as he strives to create a fun and engaging environment for children to learn. Before becoming a teacher, Kody was a camp counsellor for five summers, running a multi-sport and hockey camp in Richmond Hill. Kody brings an energetic and positive attitude, hoping to inspire youth to find their passion for learning and the confidence to be themselves.

 

FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions

Using our website/browser:

  • Create/Login to your account VIA the login/register button in the top right hand side of our site
  • from the menu along the top of the screen select “My Profile”
  • From your profile select “Edit Profile”
  • Under relationships click “+Add Relationship”
  • From the top menu bar select “Edit Profile”
  • On the right hand side you’ll see “Add Relationship”
  • Fill out the required information and click “Add Relationship” at the bottom of the page
  • Enter your childs details and click “Add Relationship”
  • Once their profile is created you have the ability to toggle between accounts by clocking on your name in the top right hand corner and selecting “switch profiles”
  • From your child’s profile you can get them registered for camp via the “Book Now” or “Store” tabs

From the Iolite App

  • Select “More” from the menu along the bottom of your screen
  • tap “+ Add Relationship”
  • Enter your childs information and tap “Save”
  • From the “More” page you are able to toggle between profiles.
  • From your child’s profile you are able to register them for summer camp via the “Book Now” tab under “Summer Camp 2025”

Using the Iolite Fitness Studio Branded App:

  • Open the app and Create/Login to your account
  • Ensure your child has been added to your profile and you are booking under their name (to do this simply click “More” in the bottom right of your screen and select your childs name OR “+ Relationship” if this is your first time registering them for a program)
  • From the “Book Now” tab select “Summer Camp 2025”
  • Select the week you’d like to register for
  • Tap “Enroll Now”
  • From the list of dates select all those you’d like your child to attend (all 5 or single days)
  • tap “Next“
  • From there you will be shown the processing options available to you (Either the single day pricing or the full week)
  • tap “Next”
  • Before purchase you will be promoted to fill out your our registration, cancellation and liability waiver.
  • tap “Next”
  • Complete payment!

To enroll multiple children you will need to repeat this process for each one (don’t forget to use the promo code for 10% off siblings MULTI10)

To register multiple children you’ll need to complete each registration separately. when signing up the 2nd, 3rd etc. child use the PROMO CODE: MULTI10 at check out to receive your 10% multi child discount.

The process is the same regardless of the duration of camp you’re looking for – When Registering you’ll be given the option to select multiple or single days!

Registrations canceled with more than 4 weeks’ notice:

Full refund minus $20 service+transaction fee.

Registrations transferred with more than 4 weeks’ notice:
100% of payment can be transferred to another week of camp during the summer 2026 season where space is available.

Registrations canceled with less than 4 weeks’ notice, but more than 2 weeks’ notice:
50% of total payment is refundable minus $20 service+transaction fee.

Registrations canceled with less than 2 weeks’ notice:
No refunds

our weeks are capped at 20 campers with 1 licensed teacher + a min. of 1 student volunteer for every 10 campers.
