Annie, owner and operator of Iolite Fitness Studio, became a personal trainer in 2016 and has been passionate about helping others ever since. In 2019, she recognized the need for a facility that catered to individual client needs while fostering a strong group fitness community. With multiple certifications, she enjoys working one-on-one with clients to help them reach their goals. Annie believes fitness should be fun but acknowledges the dedication and effort required for results. As a mother of two young boys, she understands life’s demands and focuses on helping her clients find balance between their fitness journey and their everyday lives.

With a holistic, root-cause approach, she focuses on creating personalized, realistic, and sustainable plans tailored to each client’s unique lifestyle, challenges, and goals.

She believes that nutrition is more than just what we eat — it’s about supporting digestion, hormones, energy, mood, and overall wellbeing. Mikayla combines evidence-based knowledge with a compassionate, client-centered approach to guide you through meaningful, lasting change.
