Are you ready to stop starting over? Our all-new and intensely focused 12-week challenge is designed for individuals who are done dabbling and are ready to commit to lasting change. Whether you’re a seasoned gym-goer looking for structure, someone who’s lost motivation, or you’re just getting started on your fitness journey — this challenge is built to meet you exactly where you’re at.
What you must bring to the table: commitment, consistency, and a no-excuses mindset. You don’t need to be fit or experienced — you need to be dedicated to showing up for yourself for 12 straight weeks. That’s it. No BS, no shortcuts, just real progress.

Challenge Highlights:
Goal Setting & Intention Workshop: Before the challenge begins, you’ll take part in a guided workshop to map out realistic, actionable goals that align with your lifestyle and priorities. It’s not about chasing perfection — it’s about building purpose into your plan.
Baseline & Final Assessments: We start and end with comprehensive assessments to measure progress, celebrate wins, and reflect on what’s changed over the 12 weeks.
3x Group Fitness Classes per Week: You’ll have access to our signature group classes led by certified coaches in a supportive, high-energy environment. Designed to challenge all fitness levels and ensure progress week after week.
Access to a Private Accountability Group: Daily check-ins, group support, motivation, and a space to ask questions and celebrate wins. Surround yourself with like-minded individuals who are just as committed as you.
Weekly 1-on-1 Check-Ins with Your Coach: You’ll connect weekly via the Trainerize app a user-friendly coaching platform that lets you track your workouts, nutrition, habits, and progress in real-time — with personalized support from your coach every step of the way. Full access is included in your registration.
Personalized Meal Plans: You’ll receive three personalized meal plans, thoughtfully curated by our in-house CNP to support your goals and lifestyle.

Assessment #1 Sunday, January 18th (Booking Window: 8AM–12PM)
20-minute appointment slots; first come, first serve
Note: Missed appointments can be rescheduled during Week 1 for an additional fee (based on availability).
