ANNIE CONNELL
ANNIE CONNELLOwner & Head Trainer
Annie, owner and operator of Iolite Fitness Studio, became a personal trainer in 2016 and has been passionate about helping others ever since. In 2019, she recognized the need for a facility that catered to individual client needs while fostering a strong group fitness community. With multiple certifications, she enjoys working one-on-one with clients to help them reach their goals. Annie believes fitness should be fun but acknowledges the dedication and effort required for results. As a mother of two young boys, she understands life’s demands and focuses on helping her clients find balance between their fitness journey and their everyday lives.

KRISTINA TACKAS
KRISTINA TACKASCertified Personal Trainer
As a Certified Personal Trainer with a degree in Physical Health and Education, Kristina shares enthusiasm and passion for health and wellness. She aims to create a training environment that motivates, challenges and empowers individuals in a fun and rewarding way, for a variety of fitness levels. She believes in the positive effects exercise has on physical and psychological well-being. Her goal is to welcome all and help them achieve a healthier and balanced lifestyle. With consistency, perseverance, and determination, one’s full potential can be realized. Kristina looks forward to support and work with you!
JOSIE LAQUERRE
JOSIE LAQUERREKangoo Instructor
Josie has been an active participant in kangoo classes for over 4 years and became an instructor 3 years ago. “I fell in love with Kangoo the very first time I put my boots on.” Having knee issues, Kangoo allowed Josie to get an amazing cardio workout while never having any pain. “I also love making choreography to teach in my classes! I can’t wait to join you on your fitness journey!”
