This event offers a condensed version of the traditional HYROX race, with half the distance and fewer repetitions. Participants will challenge their strength, endurance, and mental resilience through a series of running and functional fitness stations. Open to both seasoned athletes and those new to fitness racing, it provides an exciting, supportive atmosphere that celebrates the HYROX community. Competitors can race individually or in pairs, with heat times available upon registration.
This event is open to all members of the community not just Iolite Members. 

There are 5 divisions.

  • Men’s singles 
  • Women’s singles
  • Men’s doubles* 
  • Women’s doubles*
  • Mixed doubles*

* For mixed doubles, both partners will use men’s weights.  at each station the workload will be split between the 2 of you with a YGIG format. BOTH partners will be required to run ALL 500m runs together.

  • Exact weights and distances may vary slightly on race day.

**For mixed doubles, both partners will use men’s weights.

Heats run every 5 mins. Heat one will begin at 9am and the final heat will begin at 12pm. You will be notified of you heat time 1 week prior to the event. Please arrive for check in a minimum of 30 mins before your scheduled heat so you have time to get warmed up and ready for your race. If you miss your heat time you may run at a later time if one is available, however this is not guaranteed.
