The following rules have been put into place to keep you, the other participants and our instructors safe. This list is subject to change as we move forward and do what is best for everyone.  I will keep you updated to any changes.  By attending classes in studio you are agreeing to follow these rules, so please read them carefully.

You will refrain from attending the studio if:

  • You have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days
  • You have a fever, cough, sore throat, difficulty breathing, temporary change in sense of taste or smell, or other known symptoms of COVID-19.
  • You have had close contact with, including living with, working with or caring for, a person who has tested positive for COVID-19.
  • You have traveled outside of Canada within the last 14 days.

When in studio please stick to the following rules:

  • Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to class start time.
  • All participants must arrive to the studio wearing a mask which is not to be removed until our workouts begin. Following the workout participants are asked to put their mask on until they have left the building.
  • Please use the hand sanitizer provided for you immediately after entering the studio.
  • When entering the studio please put your shoes on the shoe rack provided. Shoes not placed in the appropriate spot are a tripping hazard.
  • Place ALL items in the cubby’s provided – DO NOT BRING BAGS, KEYS, PHONE ETC ONTO THE STUDIO FLOOR. This includes Kangoo jumps bags.
  • Water bottles are the only item permitted onto the gym floor and are to be placed on the floor OR on the steps now placed around the border of the room. Bottles are not to be placed on desks for shelves.
  • Please keep a minimum of 6 feet between you and other participants.
  • Please move directly to a designated spot marked out on the gym floor as quickly as possible after arriving.
  • Clients will be required to bring their own yoga mats to class.
