Group + Personal Trainers

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and lead workouts for group sizes ranging from 5 to 25 participants.
  • Provide individualized attention to ensure members are performing exercises safely and effectively, while continuously encouraging them to push their boundaries and reach their fitness goals.
  • Demonstrate and modify exercises during class as needed to accommodate different fitness levels.
  • Deliver classes with high energy and enthusiasm, communicating clearly and confidently.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and lively studio environment.
  • Participate in monthly staff meetings and required ongoing team training sessions.
  • Address and resolve member concerns as they arise.
  • Availability required during weekday mornings (5 AM – 11 AM), AND/OR evenings (5 PM – 8 PM), AND/OR weekend mornings.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Personal Training, with a preference for Group Fitness Training experience.
  • Must hold a current fitness certification from an approved organization, along with CPR/AED certification.
  • Basic knowledge of physiology, exercise techniques, and body mechanics.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Goal-oriented and self-driven.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with a positive and motivating approach.
  • Passionate about fitness and inspiring others to achieve their goals.
  • Experience in digital marketing, including social media, is a plus.
  • Must be capable of safely lifting and moving up to 60 lbs.

COMPENSATION

  • Starting at $30+ per hour, depending on qualifications.
